An overview of my accomplishments attained throughout my professional career.

Driving Revenue Growth and Customer Satisfaction
I generated over 3 million EUR in revenue by optimizing sourcing strategies and forming new business partnerships. With a favorable markup, I ensured both company and customer satisfaction. The improved network performance and MRR received recognition at the company-wide Town Hall meeting.

Boosting Team Performance
I led two cross-functional teams of experienced engineers, implementing task automation to boost productivity. This resulted in improved project outcomes, customer satisfaction, and stronger supplier relationships, earning me the "Huawei Future Star 2020" award.

Enhanced User Experience
Through a network audit, I identified high uplink (UL) interference due to incorrect attenuation values on Tower Mounted Amplifier (TMA) RX branches. After evaluating and implementing the correct formula for approximately 500 nodes, the average UL interference significantly decreased, improving the users' quality of experience (QoE).
